Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan includes the first three sets in each subject, the 30-question diagnostic, every lesson and the Daily review. Upgrade when you want more.
Which plan should I pick?
Standard if you want every drill set, the practice generator and a study plan. Plus if you also want full-length practice tests, the Medium and Hard timed sections and the AI tutor. Pro adds unlimited tutoring (fair use applies) and the full mistake report.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Yes. Cancel or switch plans and billing periods in one click from the billing page, and the cost of any change is shown before you confirm. When you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Plans renew automatically and you can cancel at any time. We don’t give prorated refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it or if we charged you in error. If a charge looks wrong, email us and we will look into it.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe. NextPoint never sees or stores your card details.
Does the AI tutor have limits?
Plus includes 30 tutor messages a day. Pro is unlimited, subject to a fair-use daily limit that protects the service for everyone.
